Frequently asked questions How much does a sub-license cost? Does Swiftchart provide support for sub-licenses? What is the maximum number of data values for each serie? You (your company/organisation) will need to get the enterprise license (basic or plus). This will allow you to install the Swiftchart software on as many servers within your company/organisation as you wish. If you purchase the single license you will only be allowed to install Swiftchart on one server within your company/organisation. Yes, it is possible to integrate Swiftchart into a software package and to distribute Swiftchart as part of the software package. Your company/organisation will have to purchase sub-licenses. The number of sub-licenses you (your company/organisation) need will depend on how many software packages you intend to deploy. A sub-license is a license which gives you (your company/organisation) the right to deploy Swiftchart to your clients as part of a software package. The sub-license does not give you the right to sell or distribute Swiftchart by itself. You will need to have one sub-license for each of your client you deploy the software package. There is no restriction on how many times Swiftchart can be implemented on your clients servers as part of your software package. A sub-license always needs to go together with either a single or enterprise license owned by the company/organisation deploying Swiftchart through sub-licenses. How much does a sub-license cost? US$ 299: for up to 5 sub-licenses Does Swiftchart provide support for sub-licenses? No, we do not provide support for sub-licenses. The reason for this is that we do not know how Swiftchart will interact with your software package. Your company/organisation will have to purchase its own Swiftchart license and we will support your own license. What is the maximum number of data values for each serie? Each serie can have up to 1'000 values. The x_value can hold up to 1'000 values as well. If more data points are required Swiftchart can provide a version allowing up to 50'000 data values per serie. |
